Ingredients

• Tropical Queso de Papa, cut into sticks
• Tropical Queso Fresco Mexicano with Jalapeño, wedges
• Tropical Gouda Cheese, cubed
• Tropical Edam Cheese, cut into slices
• Tropical Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cubed
• Tropical Muenster Slices
• Tropical Salami Popular, sliced thin
• Tropical Sliced White Turkey, rolled
• Tropical Sliced Honey Ham, rolled
• Tropical Chorizo Mexicano
• Tropical Arepa de Choclo
• 10 green olives, pitted
• A handful of dried fruit such as apricot
• A handful of mixed nuts
• 3-4 small bunches of red grapes
• 7-10 rosemary sprigs for decoration (depending on board size)
