Isabelle’s zucchini, carrot and chocolate cupcakes - CERES Fair Food

Ingredients

• 4-5 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3 eggs
• 1 ½ cup dark brown sugar
• 2/3 cup sunflower oil
• 2 cup plain flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 cups pureed or finely grated zucchini and carrots (roughly 2 med zucchini & 2 med carrots)
