• 2 cups AP flour
• 2 1/2 tbsp seasoned salt
• 5 cups canola oil (for frying)
• 1/2 head of cabbage
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 3 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 4 sets of brioche buns
• Favorite hot sauce for sandwich
