- 4 tbsp Dried breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp Thyme leaves
- Splash white wine
- 1 tsp flour
- Zest and juice 1 large lemon
- 150ml Single cream (Elmlea)
- 150ml Chicken stock (Knorr)
- You will also need cooked basmati rice for serving (Eurico)
