CS Asian Salad with Chicken

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon ginger finely minced
• 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
• 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 clove garlic finely minced
• 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon Black pepper
• 1 head cabbage chopped
• 1 medium hicama thinly sliced with peeler
• 1 medium carrot thinly sliced with peeler
• 10 ounces chicken breast chopped
• 1.5 cups chow mein noodles
• 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
