• 1 pack Ready rolled puff pastry (all-butter is the best)
• Christmas dinner leftovers: (pigs in blankets, bacon-wrapped prunes, cranberry sauce, sliced sprouts, cranberry relish, stuffing, turkey, chestnuts, bread sauce), cut into bite-size pieces
• 1/2 tsp chillies crushed
• 1 tsp sage
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/2 tsp fennel seed , crushed
• sea salt mill adjustable to taste
