• 1 small onion, peeled and diced
• 1 small carrot, peeled and diced
• 1 stalk celery, diced
• 2 tsp dried oregano
• 1 pkg FFM frozen corn
• salt and pepper
• pinch red pepper flakes, optional
• ½ cup FFM frozen tomatoes, optional
• For Roux
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 cups milk or stock
