Ingredients
- 1 cup (160g) sultanas
- 1/2 cup (75g) dried currants
- 3/4 cup (110g) coarsely chopped dried apricots
- 1 1/2 cup (250g) seeded dried dates, halved
- 1 cup (250ml) warm water
- 2 teaspoon (7g) dry yeast
- 1/4 cup (60ml) warm water, extra
- 1/2 cup (75g) white plain (all-purpose) flour
- 1/2 cup (80g) wholemeal plain (all-purpose) flour
- 1 1/2 cup (225g) rye flour
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
