  • 2 teaspoon (7g) dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) warm water, extra
  • 1/2 cup (75g) white plain (all-purpose) flour
  • 1/2 cup (80g) wholemeal plain (all-purpose) flour
  • 1 1/2 cup (225g) rye flour
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
