Ricotta and Spinach Lattice Pie
We wanted something light and tasty and we decided that our best option is a ricotta and spinach pie. We also made a pretty nice lattice crust for it. We have to say it turned out simply delicious...
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 pound baby spinach
- salt
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 7 ounces of ricotta
- 1 egg
- 1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
