I found these beautiful sweet peppers at Lidl the other day and I have been trying to figure out what I wanted to make with them.
Ingredients
- 7 sweet mini peppers
- 4 ounces cream cheese ( softened)
- 3 tablespoons green onions, sliced small
- 5 to 6 slices of low sodium bacon, fried and chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese ( reserve 1/3 cup)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
