  • 60 ml (¼ cup) lupini beans, drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, whole
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 strip orange peel (no pith)
  • 1 strip lemon peel (no pith)
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Campari
