Ingredients

• 2 boneless chicken fillets
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ¼ tsp red pepper
• ½ tsp crushed garlic
• 1 tsp vinegar
• Eggs 2
• Flour as needed
• Mayonnaise as required
• Ketchup as required
• Mustard paste optional
• Jalapenos cut into thin slices
• Lettuce one leaf for each sandwich
• Tomato as needed
• Cheddar cheese slice one for each sandwich
• Six bread slices
