• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
• Zest and juice of 1 lemon (1 teaspoon zest, 2 tablespoons juice)
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives, plus more for garnish
• A pinch paprika, plus more for garnish
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
