- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Onion chopped
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Plain Flour
- 750 ml Red Wine
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 sprigs SuperValu Fresh Rosemary
- 2 sprigs SuperValu Fresh Thyme
- 2 tbsp SuperValu Tomato Purée
- 200 ml Water warm
