Ingredients

• 1 cut and washed chicken
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon garlic flakes
• 1 teaspoon parsley
• ½ teaspoon thyme
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon crushed cumin
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 onion, cut into rings
• 1 cup water
• Olives and fresh parsley for garnishing (optional)
