- 1 Fresh Egg
- 3 cloves Garlic chopped
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 Red Onion chopped
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 g SuperValu Fresh Breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Coriander chopped, plus extra leaves to garnish
- 50 g SuperValu Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp SuperValu Oregano
- 450 g lean minced beef
- 1 drop SuperValu Signature Tastes Red Onion Relish or chutney
