- empty unit A pinch of salt
- 25 g egg yolks (1 large or 2 small yolk)
- 160 g TIPO 00 flour
- 40 g polenta
- 100 g dry amaretti biscuits
- 250 g ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp of icing sugar (2 tsp. to taste)
- empty unit icing sugar (to your taste)
