• 3 tb Oregano -- chopped
• 1 1/2 ts Salt
• 1 1/2 ts Black pepper
• Dolcemascolo
• 3 1/2 tb Ground cumin
• 3 oz Bottle chili powder
• 4 oz Can whole green chiles --
• 4 To 5 pounds
• 12 oz Can beer -- or
• 15 oz Can tomato sauce
• 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper -- to 1t
