• 2 cups carrots (diced)
• 2 cups potatoes (diced)
• 2 cups frozen peas
• 2 cups corn
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup onion (diced)
• 1/2 cup flour
• 4 - 6 cups chicken broth
• 2 pie crusts
• salt and pepper to taste
