Chicken Kebabs With Spaghetti Sauce recipe by Taskeen Jamal Karim

Ingredients

• 1/2kg chicken mince
• 1 slice of bread made into crumbs (or about ¼ cup ready breadcrumbs)
• 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
• 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
• 1 teaspoon dhanna/Jeeru (Cumin) powder
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon cajun/chicken spice
• 2 teaspoon ginger/garlic
• 1 egg
• chilli powder & salt to your taste
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 tin chopped tomato (blended till smooth)
• 2 -4 tablespoon tomato puree
• 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
• salt /chilli powder to your taste
