• 1 tbsp (15 mL) Lactantia ® Unsalted Butter
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) grainy mustard
• 1 cup (250 mL) chicken stock
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) Lactantia ® Cooking Cream
