• For the Carrots:

• For the Beef:
• 1 pound skirt steak

• 1 cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi Sauce, Original, divided, plus more for serving
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
• Garnish/Toppings:
• Cucumber, small, sliced very thin with the skin on
• Cilantro, roughly chopped
• Green onions, sliced thin
