• Squash (small size) – 1 pc
• Onion – 0.5 pc
• Salt, pepper, to taste
• Potato starch – 1 tbsp
• Vegetable oil (for frying) – 100 g
• Delicacy capelin caviar "Caviar Cream" with smoked salmon – 1 jar (180 g)
• Greens (if desired)
