Ingredients

• 1 tsp JS Lemon Herb Chicken Mix
• 8 chicken drumsticks
• 1 onion
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 carrot
• 1 stick celery
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• 500 ml light beer
• 250 ml chicken stock
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 sprigs thyme
• 1 bay leaf
• salt, pepper
