Ingredients

• 75 grams dark chocolate (65% dark chocolate )
• 1 gram beta crystals cocoa butter (or substitute 25 grams dark chocolate pieces)
• 60 grams mini pretzels salt free (crushed fine)
• 1 package jell-o cook and serve sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
• 1 package jell-o strawberry sugar-free gelatin
• 1 pkt. unflavored gelatin (hydrate with 2 tbsp cold water)
• 2 cups strawberries (sliced)
• 2 cups rhubarb (medium diced)
• 2 cups cold water
• 1 cup Splenda Granulated no calorie sweetener
