Mango Magic Surf & Turf BBQ Skewers – Ahmad Tea

Ingredients

• 2 Ahmad Tea Mango Magic Black Tea bags
• 1 large mug (approx. 300ml) of brewed tea, cooled (steep for 3–4 mins)
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
• Dash of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp lemongrass paste
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp chilli sauce (Sambal Oelek or similar)
• Zest and juice of 1 lime
