• 120g prepared horseradish
• 2 tbsp salt
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
• 1 tbsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp caster sugar
• 30g of room temperature butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• Wilted spinach
• Roast or mashed potatoes
• 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
