• ¼ cup sugar

• ¼ cup unsalted butter (or margarine, softened to room temperature)
• 1 egg
• ¾ cup strawberry jam
• 1 cup strawberries (fresh and chopped into small pieces)
• ½ cup cream cheese (at room temperature)
• 3 tablespoon butter (unsalted, softened)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1½ cups powdered sugar
