Ingredients

• ¼ cup bacon grease (or olive oil)
• 5 pounds red bliss potatoes, diced small
• 2 cups diced onions
• 2 cups diced green bell peppers
• 1 carrot, minced
• 2 ribs celery, minced
• 2 pounds cooked corned beef, diced
• 1 cup beef broth
• salt to taste
• freshly ground black pepper to taste
• granulated garlic to taste
