• ½ cup apple juice 125 ml
• 2 tbsp chili powder
• 2 pork tenderloins, about 1 lb (450 g) each
• 2 Cortland apples, diced
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil 30 ml
• ¼ cup ketchup 60 ml
• ¼ cup chicken broth 60 ml
• 2 tbsp maple syrup 30 ml
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 10 ml
