- 1 Tbsp of fresh green chilli (optional)
- 1 Tbsp of fresh garlic
- 1/2 a cup of fresh coriander
- 10 to 15 curry leaves (optional)
- 1/2 Tbsp of black mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp of Asafoetida
- Salt to taste
