• 2 premade pinsa crust
• 200 g mascarpone
• 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 tbsp garlic olive oil
• 1 Castello® Extra Creamy Brie Cheese, in slices
• 1 tbsp dried black olives, chopped
• 1 handful of fresh rosemary
• ½ tsp sea salt
• ½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
