NetCooks - Cold Cornbread Salad Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup mayo
• 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
• 1/2 cup Cucumber dressing
• 2 tsp. mustard
• dash or 2 hot pepper sauce
• 1 pone of cornbread (non sugar recipe)
• 7 scallions, chopped
• 9 radishes, sliced thinly
• 2 ribs celery, sliced thin
• 2 carrots, grated
• 1 bell pepper, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, cubed or chopped
• 4 hard cooked eggs, cooled, sliced
• 4 slices of bacon fried crispy OR bacon bits
