Ingredients: adapted jameela sayed; 1kg fillet steak or rump steak; 2 teaspoons garlic paste; 1 teaspoon green chillie paste; 1tbls lemon juice; 2 level teaspoon salt; ¼ teaspoon tumeric powder; 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies; 1 teaspoon chillie powder; 1 teaspoon steak and chops spice; 1 teaspoon mustard powder; 1 tablespoon tomato sauce; 1curry spoon oil; 1curry spoon ghee (Clarified butter); ½ cup fresh cream; dhania (coriander) for garnish; 1. Heat ghee (Clarified butter) and oil in a pot and add steak and all the spices.
