Ingredients

• 2 cups (500 ml) farfalle or orechietti
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped parsley
• 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) orange zest
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lime zest
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon zest
• 1 tomato, seeded and diced
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) chopped fresh chives
