These deliciously fluffy American style pancakes are finished off with a dollop of Greek yoghurt, fresh orange segments and our Carnation Chocolate Drizzle.
Ingredients
- For the pancakes:
- 1 large egg
- 140g Plain flour
- 140ml Semi-skimmed Milk
- 2 tbsp Buttery baking spread (allowed to cool slightly)
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- for cooking
- To serve:
- 4 tbsp Carnation Chocolate Drizzle
- 1 Orange
- cut into segments
- 4 tbsp Fat free Greek yoghurt
