Funnel Cake ? Recipe
This lovely, simple, delicious recipe is something that always reminds me of childhood. I used to spend summers in Maine, at my Grandparents' house and we would have a fair nearby.
Ingredients
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- oil for frying
- hot fudge, honey, powdered sugar or berries for topping
