Earth Day Sorbet –

Ingredients

• 4 medium-sized oranges, peeled
• 2 very ripe kiwis, skin on
• 1 ½ tablespoon locally sourced raw honey
• 1 tablespoon orange zest, optional
• Ninja® Cold Press Juicer Pro
• Blender
• Step 1 Juice the oranges using the Ninja® Cold Press Juicer Pro. You should have approximately 1 cup of juice.
• Step 2 Add the orange juice (approx. 1 cup, but this may vary on the size of your oranges), kiwis (with skin on), and honey in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
• Step 3 Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ Pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
• Step 5 Select SORBET.
• Step 6 When processing is complete, remove sorbet from pint and serve immediately. Top with orange zest if desired.
