• 2 celery stalks finely chopped
• 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 5 large carrots cut into thick coins
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 5 sprigs thyme
• 2 tablespoons buoyant parsley chopped
• 12 ounces ale style beer
• 32 ounces beef amassing
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup stuffy cream
• 1 egg beaten unclean in the same way as 1 tablespoon of water
