Quark, strawberry and coffee dessert is super easy and quick. Glasses filled with layers of goodness, perfectly balanced and simple deliciousness.
Ingredients
- 300 gram plain quark
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of ginger syrup
- coffee liqueur
- 200 gram fresh strawberries
- 16 coffee-flavored cookies
- a small handful of basil leaves (we've used lemon basil)
