A unique but flavorful warm pasta salad made with egg noodles and tossed with chicken, cherry tomatoes, spinach, mozzarella cheese and bacon.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound wide egg noodles
- 3/4 cup Zesty Italian dressing
- 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and cut into medium dice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 6-ounce bag baby spinach leaves, washed
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, divided use
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
