- Basa fillet (400 gm)
- Potatoes (2 to 3)
- Garlic (5 to 6 chopped)
- Coriander leaves (a clean bunch with stalk)
- Green chilies (2)
- Black pepper freshly crushed(1 tbsp)
- Oregano (1/2 tbsp)
- Dried basil or fresh basil chopped(1 tbsp)
- Lemon juice or vinegar (1 tbsp)
- Salt to taste
- Egg(1)
- 3 to 4 whole wheat bread or 1/2 cup bread crumb
