• 1/4 cup lard
• 1/4 cup scraped suet
• 1 1/4 lbs coarsely ground beef
• 4 medium potatoes, diced
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup rutabaga (swede), diced
• 1 carrot, diced
