• 1 cup McCormick “Simply Better” Turkey Gravy, divided
• 1/2 cup carrots, diced
• 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
• 1/2 cup celery, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 tablespoons milk
