• 1tbsp polenta or semolina to roll out
• 200g Ribeye Steak
• 6tbsp Smoky BBQ Sauce
• 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
• 2 large flat mushrooms, sliced
• 1 small onion, thinly sliced
• 60g blue cheese, crumbled
• 200g mozzarella
