• Radish greens from 2 bunches of radishes
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic chopped
• 4 oz (120 g) cooked ham finely diced
• 4 cups (1 L) chicken broth
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
• Lemon juice
• 3 1/2 oz (100 g) butter
• Parsley or celery leaves to taste
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) beer cheese
• Croutons to taste
