• 1 teaspoon Fairtrade organic turmeric
• ½ teaspoon himalayan sea salt
• ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
• A small handful Thai mixed chillies, chopped and deseeded
• 1 teaspoon black and/or white sesame seeds
• 1 tablespoon fish sauce
• 400g white rice
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut, toasted
