Apple Cake from My Childhood - Petites Choses

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup caster sugar
• 1/2 cup oil (coconut oil would be great if available)
• 2 cups SELF RAISING flour (NOT PLAIN FLOUR)
• 3/4 cup natural apple juice or milk
• zest of 1 unwaxed orange and 1 unwaxed lemon
• 1 tsp vanilla essence or you can use the seeds of 1 pod
• 1 tsp cinnamon
