Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 500 grams chicken - diced
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 400 ml chicken stock
- 300 grams mushrooms *sliced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 200 grams sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped parsley to finish
