• 3 Tbsp sesame oil
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 red capsicum, sliced
• 2 carrots, thinly sliced
• 1 x 410g can baby corn, drained
• 1 x 227g can water chestnuts, drained
• 2 bok choy, chopped
• 2 cups bean shoots
• 1 cup spring onion, sliced
• ½ cup crispy shallots
• ½ cup oyster sauce
